Frasers Hospitality opens Fraser Residence River Promenade at Jiak Kim Street

SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - Fraser Residence River Promenade, a serviced apartment on Jiak Kim Street, is now open for bookings, according to a Sept 27 press release by Frasers Hospitality, the hospitality arm of Frasers Property.
The four-storey serviced apartment, which is managed by Frasers Hospitality, is part of Frasers Property Singapore’s integrated precinct fronting the Singapore River. The mixed-use development includes the 455-unit luxury condo Rivière as well as three conserved warehouses which are being converted into a lifestyle hub.
“Fraser Residence River Promenade exemplifies our distinctive brand, blending luxury, historical charm, and environmental responsibility with contemporary serviced living,” says Eu Chin Fen, CEO of Frasers Hospitality.

The property has 72 apartments with sizes ranging from 258 to 516 sq ft. Facilities include a gym, an outdoor swimming pool, and The Living Room – a communal space located in one of the conserved warehouses that offers complimentary breakfasts, beverages and evening cocktails. The residence is also a pet-friendly property and is certified Green Mark GoldPLUS by the Singapore Building and Construction Authority.
“Following the completion of our residential development Rivière earlier this year, we are pleased to work with Frasers Hospitality to offer the group’s sixth serviced residence in Singapore,” says Soon Su Lin, CEO of Frasers Property Singapore. She adds that lifestyle offerings at the conserved warehouses will be unveiled early next year.
