"I have been an owner and resident of the Sail @ Marina Bay for the last 3 years. This is an excellent development due to its superb location. At least 4 MRT lines for the great connectivity and this development is surrounded by the prime commercial and office building making going to work a breeze in the morning. Most importantly, The Sail @ Marina Bay is already an iconic building in the Marina Bay and part of the Singapore city's skyline. I will definitely continue to look out for good units to invest as time goes by. The leasehold tenure is not something which I will be overly concern about since this development sits on the White Zoning under the URA Masterplan. "
