Savills Singapore appoints Sally Tan as managing director of industrial and commercial leasing services

SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - Savills Singapore has announced the appointment of Sally Tan as managing director of industrial and commercial leasing services. In an April 11 press release, Savills states that Tan’s appointment is aimed at growing its sales and leasing capabilities in the industrial market while also elevating its service offerings for occupiers in the office sector. She will report to Marcus Loo, CEO of Savills Singapore.

Tan has more than 25 years of experience in real estate investment and built environment development in Singapore and regional markets. Prior to this appointment, she was senior vice president, head of workspace management, at CapitaLand, overseeing more than 120 developments in various asset classes.

Before that, she was deputy chief customer solutions officer at AscendasSingbridge, where she oversaw strategy, planning and execution for large-scale urban solutions projects in China, India, Korea and Vietnam.

She has also held various positions at Keppel Land, including as head of Singapore commercial and international residential marketing. She has also worked at government statutory board Jurong Town Corp, where she was part of the team that led the development and marketing of Biopolis and the One-North R&D campus.
