Park Nova at Tomlinson Road to preview on May 1

SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - Park Nova, a 54-unit freehold condominium project at 18 Tomlinson Road, is to open for preview on May 1.

The project, by Hong Kong-listed Shun Tak Holdings, comprises units spanning 1,432 to 5,899 sq ft each across 21 storeys. It is a five-minute walk to the upcoming Orchard Boulevard MRT Station on the Thomson-East Coast Line.
London-based architectural firm PLP Architecture has been appointed for the design of the project, which will see an integration of lush surroundings into the building's infrastructure. The building will be encircled by a lush vertical garden, and will offer its residents 270-degree views of Singapore’s city skyline.
