KingsWood: Luxury living in an exclusive green sanctuary

KingsWood is developed by Horizon Hills, a bursa-listed joint venture between Gamuda Land and UEM Sunrise.
Well-connected facilities
The Horizon Hills township project started in 2007, indicating a mature township status, and houses 6,000 units. It has delivered more than 4,000 homes to date. This includes three-storey bungalows and two-storey super link units under the Mansion18 and Morrinsville projects respectively, which achieved a 100% take-up rate during their launch in May and July this year.
