KingsWood is developed by Horizon Hills, a bursa-listed joint venture between Gamuda Land and UEM Sunrise.

The Horizon Hills township project started in 2007, indicating a mature township status, and houses 6,000 units. It has delivered more than 4,000 homes to date.
