Today, Woodlands, in Singapore’s North region, is no longer known just for its immigration checkpoint. It is poised to take its place as the largest economic hub in the North of Singapore.
This vision is attributed to the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) that has set out a 15-year plan to refresh Woodlands. Meanwhile, office towers SOLO 1 and SOLO 2 that comprise Small Office Loft Office (SOLO) concept units for sale and lease feature workout facilities, such as a swimming pool and gym for occupants and office owners.
The office spaces in Tower 1 and Tower 2 are modern and spacious, while SOLO 1 and SOLO 2 allow for companies to explore their creativity within the office space as these units have high ceilings, built-in furniture platform and extra indoor storage. This flexible space is perfect for the SMEs and startups.
Convenient accessibility
The beauty of Woods Square is not just its top-notch and modern facilities, the property is strategically located for easy access to several amenities nearby. Woods Square is just a short walk away from the Woodlands Integrated Transport Hub that comprises Woodlands MRT Station on the North-South Line and Thomson-East Coast Line, as well as the Woodlands Bus Interchange.
With Woodlands MRT Station just a stone’s throw away, Woods Square enjoys close proximity – just one MRT stop away – to the upcoming Rapid Transit System (RTS) Link that will allow commuters to travel to and from Johor Bahru and Singapore more conveniently. The expanded immigration counters at the Causeway will streamline traffic and the new rail route will enhance business links and reduce commute time.
Furthermore, Woods Square has access to three expressways, namely the Seletar Expressway, the Bukit Timah Expressway, and Singapore’s first integrated transport corridor, the 21.5km North-South Corridor.
Occupants and tenants of Woods Square will be able to indulge in a variety of amenities located not just within the property, but those located within walking distance as well. Woods Square is connected to the Causeway Point and Woodlands Civic Centre malls via an underground basement linkway. Apart from the large variety of F&B choices occupants can enjoy from the two malls, amenities such as supermarkets can be found in both malls, while companies can have easier access to postal and banking services at the Woodlands Civic Centre.
