Weekend previews draw thousands

The preview weekend on June 30-July 1 saw close to 10,000 visitors at the Park Colonial sales gallery. The 805-unit private condo project located adjacent to the Woodleigh MRT station is by a consortium led by listed construction and property group Chip Eng Seng Corp.

Stirling Residences on Stirling Road debuted the same weekend and drew a crowd of over 6,500. The 1,259-unit Stirling Residences is within a 3-minute walk to Queenstown MRT station and a joint development by Logan Property and Nanshan Group.
Park Colonial and Stirling Residences are expected to be launched on July 14.

Meanwhile, the preview of Riverfront Residences happened the weekend before, June 23-24. It drew more than 7,000 visitors. The 1,427 unit is a redevelopment of the former Rio Casa privatised HUDC estate and located at Hougang Avenue 7. The project is developed by a consortium led by Oxley Holdings and scheduled for launch on July 7. More than 70% of the units will have either a direct or partial view of the Serangoon River. Riverfront Residences is scheduled for launch on July 7, and is expected to see strong sales given its attractive pricing in the range of $1,200 to $1,300 psf.
