Two-bedder at Chuan Park up for auction

SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - A 19th-floor unit at Chuan Park in District 19 will be up for its first auction by Edmund Tie on Sept 25. It has an indicative price from $1.1 million to $1.15 million.

The two-bedroom unit has a floor area of about 1,173 sq ft, and has pool and landed property views. It will be sold with vacant possession, on an “as is where is” basis.

Located at 244 Lorong Chuan, the 99-year leasehold Chuan Park comprises 444 units across two 4-storey blocks of apartments, and three tower blocks of 21 to 23 storeys. Developed by Golden Development and completed around 1984, it has 60 years left on its lease.

Situated off Boundary Road and Ang Mo Kio Avenue 1, Chuan Park is nestled within the residential enclave of Lorong Chuan. Lorong Chuan MRT Station on the Circle Line is in front of the development. The site is also well-served by the Central Expressway.

“We expect a very healthy response for the subject unit, given its convenient location at the mouth of the Lorong Chuan MRT Station, its investment potential for rental purposes, and perhaps a potential for future en bloc opportunities,” says Joy Tan, head of auction and sales of Edmund Tie.
