Strawberry Star showcases two new London properties

Strawberry Star, an international property company, will showcase in Singapore its latest London residential developments over the weekend of May 26 to 27. The two developments - Solis and Luna - are located in Eastcote in the London borough of Hillingdon. They will be showcased at the St. Regis Hotel.

Solis is a 44-unit residential development which comprises one- and two-bedroom units. Prices start from £307,500 ($552,826) for a one-bedroom unit, and £446,000 for a two-bedder. Luna comprises 48 similar unit types within a gated development, and prices start from £328,000 for a one-bedroom unit, and £415,000 for a two-bedder. All units are fitted with Bosch kitchen appliances, and Hansgrohe bathroom brassware. Both developments are expected to be completed by 1Q2019. Amenities that are near the two developments include the Winston Churchill Theatre, the Lowlands Club, Lawn Tennis Club and Eastcote Cricket Club.
