St James launches West London property White City Living in Singapore

Property developer St James is showcasing its West London development, White City Living, in Singapore on the weekend of May 11-12, at Marina Bay Financial Centre Tower 2.

The development sits beside BBC’s former headquarters in White City, an area located between Notting Hill to the east and Shepherd's Bush to the south, says JLL is marketing the property.

White City Living consists of more than 1,800 homes, a variety of shops, restaurants, and open spaces for events. The properties include suites, apartments, penthouses, and duplexes set among eight acres of gardens, private courtyard, water features, and a new five-acre park.

In 2016, the White City Opportunity Area was identified in The London Plan as an £8 billion ($14.2 billion) project covering 110ha of land, set to bring 10,000 jobs and at least 6,000 homes to the area by 2028. Key developments include Imperial College London’s White City campus, spanning 23 acres, at a £2 billion cost.

“White City offers a unique balance of affordability and growth which bode well for overseas investors” explains Widya Lesta, Head of International Residential Southeast Asia at Jones Lang Lasalle.
