Spaces opens at One Raffles Place

SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - Spaces, a brand of flexible workspace operator IWG plc, opened its flagship location at One Raffles Place on Oct 10. This is the sixth Spaces location in Singapore.
Located above the Raffles MRT Station in the CBD, One Raffles Place is a six-storey mall which has recently undergone enhancement works. Spaces One Raffles Place will occupy four levels, with a total space of over 33,723 sq ft. It comprises three meeting rooms, 18 dedicated desks, 539 workstations, and five parking spots.
Businesses can hold corporate events in a mall setting at Spaces One Raffles Place, which has direct access to Raffles Place Park. There is also a selection of F&B outlets on the first level of the mall.

The launch is part of Spaces’ expansion in the Asia-Pacific. In Singapore, Spaces has a total co-working space of 250,000 sq ft catering to businesses and individuals. The One Raffles Place launch follows recent openings this year at TripleOne Somerset, Paya Lebar Quarter, and Clarke Quay. The other two Spaces locations are at City Hall and Robinson Road.
