SingHaiyi welcomes 2,000 visitors to Gazania and Lilium showsuite during opening weekend

More than 2,000 people visited the showsuite of The Gazania and The Lilium over the extended Good Friday-Easter Sunday weekend, says developer SingHaiyi Group. “Of the estimated 2,000 visitors, about two-thirds made prior appointments with agents to schedule their visits, while the remaining one-third were walk-in visitors,” says Celine Tang, group managing director of SingHaiyi Group.

The developer has also announced that it will launch both properties for sale on May 1. “We believe the developments present an attractive proposition for upgraders, families and investors,” says Tang.
The Gazania features one- to four-bedroom units, including two-bedroom study, three-bedroom compact, three-bedroom premium, and four-bedroom maisonettes. The Lilium offers two- to four- bedroom units and penthouse units.
