Shun Tak to launch Park Nova – its first luxury residences in Singapore

Shun Tak Holdings Limited is one of the leading real estate developers in Hong Kong and Macau. Adding to its prestigious portfolio, the group will be launching luxury condominium Park Nova at 18 Tomlinson Road in prime District 10, as part of the group’s expansion of its Asia portfolio in Singapore.

Harnessing its cross-sectoral strengths in property development and first class tourism and hospitality services, Shun Tak has conceived Park Nova, a condominium that combines a modern luxury lifestyle with sustainable living, which offers 54 exclusive freehold residences ranging from 1,432 sq ft to 5,899 sq ft in size.
The name Park Nova is an extension of the first-ever flagship integrated community, which the Group introduced into Macau two decades ago. “Nova” speaks to the birth of a bright new star full of energy, promising new possibilities and new beginnings.

PLP Architecture, the architectural firm appointed to design Park Nova, created a unique architectural effect that mimics the form of a butterfly, symbolising the reading of a dynamic object that is constantly changing from day to night. PLP Architecture is a London-based award-winning firm known for designing retail, hotel, residential and mixed-use spaces across the world.

Residents of Park Nova will be able to see Singapore’s stunning skylines transform as well, from the breaking of dawn to dusk, as units offer 270-degree views over the city. Towards the east, future residents can see the hustle and bustle of the Orchard Road shopping district, and towards the south, the building faces a tranquil landed residential estate. Selected units enjoy unobstructed views of the green lung of Singapore Botanic Gardens.
