Sevens Group unveils three legacy homes with The Beachfront Collection

For more than a decade, leading property developer Sevens Group has designed and delivered legacy homes that have resonated with many discerning homeowners. Its latest offering is a collection of three landed homes along Pasir Ris Way in District 18.
The three properties form The Beachfront Collection which rests on approximately 10,000 sq ft of land. Taking inspiration from the close proximity to the neighbouring Pasir Ris Park and Pasir Ris Beach, the homes are crafted based on a luxurious, resort-style living concept.
The Beachfront Collection has already proven to be a popular catch for discerning landed homeowners. One of the homes, a four-bedroom semi-detached house at 26 Pasir Ris Way, was snapped up in December 2021 before the development was officially unveiled.
The remaining units available are a five-bedroom detached home and a four-bedroom semi-detached home.

Central location in District 18

Located at 26, 26A & 26B Pasir Ris Way, The Beachfront Collection is nestled in a serene and low-density landed neighbourhood. The houses are just a two-minute walk away from the 70ha Pasir Ris Park, which stretches from Pasir Ris Road to Jalan Loyang Besar.
Pasir Ris Park is a great destination for families to enjoy nature and be close to beach activities, and the park is widely known as one of the most charming and tranquil green spaces in Singapore. The park has facilities for cycling, inline skating, water sports and camping, among many others.
The houses are centrally located within the Pasir Ris landed enclave and are about a five-minute drive to Pasir Ris MRT Station on the East-West Line. Prominent malls such as E!Hub at Downtown East and White Sands shopping centre are also nearby, each offering an array of amenities and entertainment. Residents can commute to other parts of the island via the Tampines Expressway (TPE) and Kallang-Paya Lebar Expressway (KPE).
Business hubs close to The Beachfront Collection include Changi Business Park and the future Punggol Digital District, both of which are about a 10- to 15-minute drive away.
Liveability and convenience will be further boosted when the Pasir Ris Integrated Transport Hub is completed by 2028. This future mixed-use development will integrate a bus and MRT transport hub, as well as a polyclinic, childcare facilities, retail outlets and a town plaza. It will be adjacent to Pasir Ris MRT Station.
Families with school-going children would like the fact that The Beachfront Collection is close to Elias Park Primary School, Park View Primary School and Meridian Primary School. Tampines Meridian Junior College and Temasek Polytechnic are also in the vicinity.

Modern designs

Each of the three houses in the Beachfront Collection has a modern design. Their façade is finished with a subtle yet contrasting colour palette that complements its surroundings.
The dry and wet kitchens are fully equipped with top-of-the-line electrical appliances by renowned Swiss brand, V-Zug, as well as high-quality sanitary fittings and accessories from Bravat. Each home will also be furnished with wardrobes, kitchen cabinets and vanity cabinets.
An electric vehicle charging point will also be provided at the car porch area of each home, and this will allow residents to recharge their vehicles upon installation of a charging station.
To elevate the luxurious feel, generous slabs of marble are laid on the living and dining rooms, the two powder rooms, and the master bathroom of each home. Each home also features a lift and a decked-up jacuzzi on the roof terrace, where one can indulge in the spectacular panoramic views of Pasir Ris Park and Pasir Ris Beach.

The detached home in the Beachfront Collection sits at 26B Pasir Ris Way and is a stately three-storey home with an attic that boasts a total built-up area of approximately 7,535 sq ft and a land area of approximately 4,331 sq ft, with parking space for six cars.
On the ground floor, this five-bedroom abode features a swimming pool and a jacuzzi, a spacious living and dining space which overflows seamlessly into the pool decks at the sides of the house. A spacious family area on the second floor overlooks the dry kitchen’s island counter, and the family area separates the two ensuite bedrooms on either ends of the home.
The third level features an ensuite bedroom; the master bedroom takes up half of the entire level. The attic level features a powder room, the fifth ensuite bedroom, and two separate roof terraces that face the front and back of the home. The roof terraces are an ideal outdoor space for families to bond.

Legacy asset for generations

As a 999-year leasehold development, The Beachfront Collection is sure to benefit from steady capital appreciation overtime that is similar and comparable to the highly desirable freehold assets.
According to analysis from data compiled by EdgeProp Research, freehold and 999-year leasehold detached and semi-detached houses in District 18 have seen strong positive capital appreciation over the past decade.
An attractive proposition for interested buyers is that they will not have to wait long to enjoy their new home. The three homes in The Beachfront Collection are expected to be completed by 4Q 2023.
The developer is also offering a deferred payment scheme and flexible payment option period for buyers of The Beachfront Collection.
