Semi-detached house near Orchard Road on sale for $7.84 mil

SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - A freehold semi-detached house at 61 Jalan Kelawar is on the market for $7.84 million. Knight Frank Singapore has been appointed by an estate to be the sole marketing agent for this sale. The two-storey house sits on a plot of about 3,100 sq ft with a nine-metre frontage on Jalan Kelawar, and the asking price translates to a land rate of about $2,500 psf.

“Landed homes in close vicinity of Orchard Road are very rarely available, thus we expect the property to attract strong interest,” says Ian Loh, head of capital markets for land & building, collective & strata sales at Knight Frank Singapore.
The property is available for sale by tender which will close on Dec 22.
