Parc Central Residences EC in Tampines to open for e-application from Jan 7

SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - Parc Central Residences, an executive condominium (EC) in Tampines, is set to open for e-application from Jan 7 to 19, while its showflat will be open from Jan 7.
The booking of the units will then commence on Jan 23.
The project, by Hoi Hup Realty and Sunway Development, comprises 700 residential units across eleven 16-storey blocks.

Units at Parc Central Residences range from three- to five-bedroom unit types. The project’s four-bedroom premium offerings feature kitchens that open out to balconies, say the developers.
Prices for its three-bedroom units start from $956,000, four-bedroom units start from $1,258,000, while its five-bedders start from $1,609,000, according to the developers’ indicative price sheet.
All units will have a yard area and a household shelter, which can be converted into a utility room. The developers have also assured that bathrooms and yards have “ample natural ventilation”.
All units will be furnished with Bosch kitchen appliances, Duravit sanitary wares, Hansgrohe sanitary fittings, and integrated with smart home technology. The smart home tech will allow homeowners to lock and unlock their doors and switch on their air-conditions remotely, and also allow for remote monitoring of their homes.
Parc Central Residences’ sales gallery is located along Tampines Grande, and viewing is strictly by appointment basis from 9am to 9pm.
