There are close to 55 projects that have launched or are expected to launch by the closing of 2019; making this one of the busiest years, for developers and buyers alike. Though property cooling measures were imposed by the Singapore government in July 2018, most developers have decided to go ahead to launch their projects.
Since accessibility is an important factor for most buyers, we have made a list of condos within 500m radius of a North-South Line (NSL) MRT Station that have been launched or are expected to be launched in 2019 for you to check out.

The North-South Line (NSL) runs from Jurong East (NS1) to Marina South Pier (NS28) and includes prominent MRT stops like Woodlands, Yishun and City Hall Stations.
Residents living close to this line have a myriad of options that caters to their various interests. History lovers could alight at City Hall MRT (NS25) to explore the many museums – National Museum of Singapore, Peranakan Museum and Capitol Theatre. Shopaholics can get off at either Orchard MRT Station (NS23) or Somerset MRT Station (NS22) to explore the plethora of shopping options along the Orchard Road shopping belt.
