Oxley Towers KLCC encompasses three skyscrapers sitting atop The Boulevard, a two-storey retail podium at the lower storeys, signature office spaces, two luxury hotels and two residences.

The first tower stands tall at 345m above ground and is home to the 78-storey SO/Kuala Lumpur Hotel and Residences, a partnership with AccorHotels’ lifestyle brand SO/. Owners of the residential units will enjoy enrolment at ALL - Accor Live Limitless loyalty programme, giving them Diamond membership access to world-class hospitality privileges in more than 95 countries.
The development takes service to the next level with its offerings. Residents will have access to top notch services including a 24-hour concierge and security system, and valet services. Additional services, such as childcare, laundry services, private transportation including limousine services; as well as fitness programmes, such as a personal trainer and yoga classes, will also be provided, subject to changes and availability.

The SO/Kuala Lumpur Residences consists of 590 units of studio to duplex penthouses ranging from 566 to 5,059 sq ft. Residents can indulge in its facilities at 45, 46 and 77 floors. These include a gym, yoga room, multipurpose hall, reading room, kids’ playground, jacuzzi, and BBQ pit. An infinity pool, the highest open-to-sky residential infinity pool in world, will pamper residents with breathtaking views of the city skyline.
As of now, SO/KL Residences, which starts from the 22nd floor up to 75th floor, is over 60% sold. The units are priced from MYR1.34 million net ($382,000). The second 49-storey tower houses Jewel by Oxley KLCC, a luxurious serviced apartment comprising 267 one- to two-plus-one bedroom units. Its freehold apartments occupy between 678 and 1,227 sq ft and span across the eighth to 32nd floors. The units are now over 65% sold.
The one- to two-plus-one-bed room suites at Jewel by Oxley KLCC are equipped with a semi-furnished package of a kitchen cabinet, air-conditioners and fully-fitted bathrooms. Homeowners can enjoy an array of modern amenities at the tower, including a gym, infinity swimming pool, Zen garden, collaborative workspace and a reading room.

The third tower holds a signature Grade-A office across 30 floors and has been sold to Alliance Bank Malaysia. It will house the bank’s new corporate office.
The two-storey retail podium at Oxley Towers KLCC with a total floor area of 42,072 sq ft is fully taken up, along with an F&B space, and will be managed by Pavilion Group. This will boost commercial activities within the vicinity.
