Lendlease Global Commercial REIT CEO resigns
Kelvin Chow, CEO of Lendlease Global Commercial REIT, has resigned. He will be replaced by Guy Alexander Cawthra with effect from April 1.
According to the REIT on Feb 11, Chow, who helped list the REIT back in 2019 as its first and only CEO thus far, is leaving to "pursue other opportunities".
Cawthra has held various roles at the REIT's sponsor, Lendlease Group, since 2014. He now holds the role of managing director, investment management, Asia.

Real estate agency LandPLUS has appointed Adam Wang as its group executive director and key executive officer, with effect from Feb 10. The appointment follows the addition of FER Properties, of which Wang serves as key executive officer, as a franchisee under LandPLUS.
FER Properties, a real estate agency comprising 28 salespersons, joins LandPLUS’ existing franchisees Land El-Home and Landvin.
Under his new appointment, Wang is expected to lead the group’s strategic direction, drive portfolio expansion, enhance customer experiences, and grow the agency and franchise networks of LandPLUS.
Wang currently also serves as president of the Singapore Estate Agents Association.
