K11 Atelier King’s Road in Hong Kong wins ULI Asia Pacific Awards for Excellence

K11 Atelier King’s Road, a mixed-use office complex in Hong Kong, has won the 2020 ULI Asia Pacific Awards for Excellence.

The development provides a total of 6,700 sq m of greenery, equivalent to 220% of the site area or the size of 26 standard tennis courts. Another special feature of the complex is the Rooftop Sky Garden, which comes with a 170m long jogging path and a herb garden with over 20 plant species.
The building also offers over 70 other wellness and sustainable building features, ranging from indoor air and water quality, to fitness facilities, healthy dining options and leisure activities. Tenants at the development can also participate in programmes offered by the K11 Atelier Academy on wellness, culture, creativity, innovation, leadership and team-building.
The ULI Asia Pacific Awards for Excellence was founded by the Urban Land Institute in 2019.
