JUST SOLD: Juniper at Ardmore unit fetches $1.40 million loss

At Juniper at Ardmore in prime district 10, a 3,520 sq ft, four-room unit was sold for a $1.40 million loss on October 10. The seller purchased the unit for $8.85 million ($2,514 psf) in January 2011 before resold it for $7.45 million ($2,117 psf).
Prior to this, another 3,520 sq ft unit fetched a lower price of $7.28 million ($2,068 psf) in March. At the height of the market, a 3,197 sq ft unit in the development was sold for $8.50 million ($2,659 psf) in January 2013.
Completed in 1991, Juniper at Ardmore is a freehold 20-unit apartment located within 500m from Orchard Road shopping belt.
