Huttons Asia and FOZL announce strategic cooperation

SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - Local real estate agency Huttons Asia has signed a strategic partnership agreement with corporate advisory firm FOZL to cooperate closely on market development, marketing, and consumer service optimisation.
FOZL is licensed by the Singapore Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA), and the company assists local and overseas clients to register Singapore companies and provide accountancy services.
“Singapore is still a preferred destination for many businesses and investors. This year has witnessed many of China's technology giants such as Alibaba, Tencent and ByteDance setting up their regional headquarters in Singapore. Against this backdrop, we believe that the collaboration between Huttons and FOZL will add value to both parties’ customers,” says Felinka Zhou, director of FOZL.

The partnership will contribute towards the creation of a one-stop service platform for Chinese enterprises and entrepreneurs looking to set up or expand their business in Singapore, says Huttons Asia.
According to Mark Yip, CEO of Huttons Asia, the partnership will bring the combined strengths and resources of both parties into a more comprehensive service. He adds that it will improve joint marketing efforts, customer service optimisation, and co-branding efforts.
The new arrangement will also introduce a series of training, knowledge sharing, and networking activities for Hutton’s associates, says Yip. “These will empower more Hutton’s associates with the latest insights on Chinese clients’ buying trends and preference and enable them to tap into new markets. There will also be greater exposure for the over 130 developer projects that Hutton’s is marketing in Singapore across residential, commercial and industrial properties,” says Yip.
