Hong Leong Holdings to preview Lentor Central Residences on Feb 21, with prices starting from $975,000

Lentor Central Residences, a 477-unit development in Lentor Hills, will be exhibited on Feb 21. The project is expected to go on sale on March 8.
This is the sixth new launch project at Lentor Hills and it is jointly developed by Hong Leong Holdings, GuocoLand and CSC Land.
Lentor Central Residences consists of two high-rise residential blocks, a 27-storey block and a 28-storey block. The development will offer a mix of one- to four-bedroom units that range from 463 sq ft to 1,399 sq ft.

According to the developers, one-bedroom units will be priced from $975,000 ($2,110 psf) and two-bedroom units will be priced from $1.388 million ($2,050 psf). Meanwhile, three-bedders will start from $1.813 million ($1,984 psf) and four-bedroom units will start selling from $2.368 million ($2,000 psf).

Betsy Chng, head of sales and marketing at Hong Leong Holdings, says that the project’s proximity to Lentor MRT Station and the Thomson-East Coast Line means that residents will be able to commute easily to the city centre.
The development is also close to retail and dining options at Lentor Modern, an integrated project by GuocoLand, Thomson Plaza and several eateries along Upper Thomson Road and the nearby Springleaf estate.
“We believe the new Lentor Hills enclave is on the cusp of significant growth and is poised to become one of Singapore’s most sought-after districts for homebuyers,” she says. “Together with our partners, we are realising a vision of premium homes that are sensitively priced where units are sold based on liveable space”.

The development will feature a childcare centre within the residence, as well as family-friendly amenities such as a children’s playground. Other condo amenities include a resident’s clubhouse, a 50m infinity edge swimming pool, a gym and yoga room and a tennis court.
