Freehold industrial building at Jalan Pemimpin for sale for $138 mil

SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - A freehold industrial building at Jalan Pemimpin in Bishan is up for sale via expression of interest (EOI) with a minimum guide price of $138 million, as announced in a Sept 19 press release by its joint marketing agents SRI and Signature International Properties.
The building sits on a land area of 42,593 sq ft that is zoned Business 1 under the Urban Redevelopment Authority’s 2019 Master Plan with a plot ratio of 2.5. Based on this plot ratio, the site can be built up to 106,000 sq ft.
The press release notes that buyers can choose to retain the building for their own use or subdivide it into a maximum of 54 strata units for sale. Acquiring the building is a unique chance for investors or businesses to secure a rare valuable asset with long-term potential, says Signature International Properties’ managing director Evan Chung.
