A sale listing featuring a 791 sq ft home at Hedges Park Condominium has attracted the most views on TheEdgeProperty.com last week. Listed for $790,000 or $991 psf, the fully-furnished mid-floor unit is priced attractively below the last transacted unit from the project, a low-floor 764 sq ft unit which was sold in August 2015 for $799,000 or $1,045. According to the marketing agent, Toh Thian Lye from ERA, the unit is currently tenanted and in good condition. The unit is priced below a 764 sq ft low-floor unit.

Hedges Park Condominium is a 99-year leasehold condo development completed in January 2015. The development is located within 300m from The Japanese Primary School.
