Far East Organization wins FIABCI Gold for Sentosa hotels cluster

SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - Far East Organization has won the Fédération Internationale des Administrateurs de Bien-Conselis Immobiliers (FIABCI) Gold Award at the World Prix d’Excellence Awards 2023, under the hotel's category. The cluster of hotels in Sentosa that clinched the award this year comprises The Barracks Hotel, Oasia Resort Sentosa, The Outpost Hotel, and Village Hotel Sentosa.
“By understanding that each traveller’s profile is unique, we were inspired to create a collection of distinct hotels that were relevant and appealing to them,” says Marc Boey, executive director of property services and chief operating officer of Far East International.

This is Far East Organization’s 14th Gold win at the FIABCI awards. Last year, mixed-use commercial development in Singapore, Woods Square, won under the Office category.
The cluster of hotels is along Artillery Avenue in the Palawan area of Sentosa. The proximity of each hotel forms an integrated development to reap complimentary synergies across the four hotel experiences.

For example, the 606-room Village Hotel Sentosa is designed for families and groups looking for a weekend getaway. Most of the guest experiences revolve around children and families. The 193-room Outpost Hotel is the leisure island’s only hotel catering exclusively to adults above 16 years old. The hotel targets independent travellers, staycationers and young couples.
The 191-key Oasia Resort Sentosa comprises modern and heritage wings. The hotel focuses on enhancing each guest's personal wellness journey and experience through complimentary fitness and mindfulness activities. Finally, The Barracks Hotel Sentosa is a luxury hotel housed in a pair of conserved colonial buildings dating to 1904.
