A 1,539 sq ft unit at Botanika on Holland Road is being put up for sale at $3 million, or $1,949 psf, on TheEdgeProperty.com. The latest transaction in the development was in March 2015 when a 2,196 sq ft unit on the fourth floor changed hands for $4.73 million, or $2,152 psf.

The property’s asking price is similar to 2011 levels. In April that year, a 1,550 sq ft unit on the second floor fetched $3.08 million, or $1,987 psf.
Botanika is a freehold 34-unit boutique project designed by SCDA Architects. According to developer Tuan Sing Holdings, the project was the winner of the Singapore Institute of Architectural Design Awards 2011 (Residential). Botanika is also strategically located near the Dempsey Hill dining destination and Singapore Botanic Gardens. It is also within a 2km radius of Nanyang Primary School. In July 2015, a three-bedroom unit of similar size was let at $6,800 a month.
