A 1,324-sq ft, three-bedroom unit at Hillview Green on Hume Avenue has been listed on TheEdgeProperty.com at $1.18 million or $891 psf. The Edge Fair Value, a valuation tool on The EdgeProperty.com, puts the indicative value of the property at $944 psf.
The project’s last transaction was in November 2015, when a 1,281 sq ft unit was sold for $1.27 million, or $993 psf. In August 2015, a 1,528 sq ft unit fetched $941 psf.
Hillview Green is a 400-unit, 999-year leasehold condominium in Upper Bukit Timah, which was completed in 1998.
