City Developments Limited (CDL) will preview the 366-unit Union Square Residences on Havelock Road on Nov 1, with sales bookings slated to begin on Nov 16.
The 99-year leasehold condo is the residential component of Union Square, a large-scale mixed-use development that also includes offices, retail and F&B space, and a co-living component with a hotel licence. The redevelopment project is on the former sites of Central Mall (which comprised a seven-storey office tower and a cluster of conservation shophouses) and Central Square (a mixed residential and commercial building) in prime District 1.
Union Square Residences comprises a 40-storey tower with 366 apartments and commercial units at levels 1 and 2. Residences consist of one-bedroom units from 463 sq ft; two-bedroom units from 700 sq ft; three-bedroom units from 990 sq ft; and four-bedroom premium units of 1,518 sq ft. There are also two Sky Suites on levels 38 and 39, each measuring 2,476 sq ft, and a sole penthouse of 4,833 sq ft.

Prices start from $1.38 million ($2,981 psf) for a one-bedroom unit; $1.998 million ($2,854 psf) for a two-bedroom unit; $2.82 million ($2,848 psf) for a three-bedroom unit; $4.62 million ($3,043 psf) for a four-bedroom premium unit; and $9.288 million ($3,751 psf) for a Sky Suite.

Facilities at the condo are spread across two levels. Level 3 includes a 30m lap pool, an aqua gym and wellness pool, and a clubhouse with a function room and a co-working studio, while level 34 includes the Club Union clubhouse, a gym, a Sky Pool, an alfresco dining area, and a Spa Alcove. There are also seven recreational pods placed across different levels.
The apartments will have kitchen appliances from Liebherr, De Dietrich and V-Zug and bathroom fittings from Hansgrohe and Geberit. The Sky Suites and penthouse will include walk-in wardrobes in the master bedroom by the Italian brand Rimadesio.
Union Square Residences is within walking distance of three MRT stations (Clarke Quay, Chinatown and Fort Canning). It is also close to areas such as Clarke Quay, the upcoming CaninngHill Square, and the Orchard Road shopping belt. Nearby educational institutions include LASALLE College of the Arts, Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts, School of the Arts and Singapore Management University.
