The preview weekend of Bukit Sembawang Estates' 8@BT project drew 2,000 visitors as at 4.30pm on Sunday, September 8. According to the Singapore-listed property developer, potential buyers were a broad mix, including many young couples, young families, those with older children, investors and retirees looking to acquire a property near their home for their children.

The 158-unit, 99-year leasehold 8@BT is a private condo located at Bukit Timah Link in District 21. It is just a two-minute walk from Beauty World MRT Station.
Units at 8@BT are a mix of one- to four-bedroom apartments ranging from 517 to 1,593 sq ft. Bukit Sembawang has indicated that prices will start from $2,530 psf, with the official launch scheduled for September 21.
