Designed by local architecture firm WOHA, lyf one-north Singapore will have a range of social spaces and facilities aimed at promoting “bonding, wellness and community building”, Ascott states in a Jan 24 press release.
The property is the second lyf-branded co-living property in Singapore, following the opening of lyf Funan Singapore in 2019. Another lyf co-living property, lyf Farrer Park Singapore, is slated to open in February.
Globally, Ascott has 18 lyf properties with over 3,300 units in 14 cities across nine countries. These include six lyf properties that are scheduled to open in Bangkok, Cebu, Kuala Lumpur, Melbourne, Shanghai and Xi’an this year.
