Merging perspective and prowess, Lynn Tiang sees opportunity everywhere, having shaped her career in real estate with a business-driven spirit, a curious and creative mind, and a keen eye for recognising value.

Lynn is a serial entrepreneur and marketing maestro who has built multiple award-winning businesses with her team across varying industries in Singapore and internationally. Lynn’s approach is grounded in her sincere belief that every product has its own unique selling points that are marketable when presented to the right buyer. An example of this was with a parcel of land in Punggol that was deemed too challenging to sell and brushed aside as “useless” land.

Working with the motto, “Everything has value. It is about positioning”, her team created a viral video promoting the piece of land on social media, turning its perceived shortcomings into unique selling points, and managed to sell it within two weeks.

“It could not be used for home-building and had many restrictions, such as not being able to connect utilities, sewage disposal or clean water supply,” Lynn explains with an earnest smile that lights up her face. “The video on TikTok went viral!”
