"Amazing! 5mins walk to beach! Tranquil Resort home with plenty amenities nearby, great place to stay. Peaceful and quiet with well maintained landscape. Super Love the huge pool and sky gym whenever I need to unwind! Neighbours are generally quite friendly and the place is full of vibes every weekends with the family community. Nice environment for kids here."

"A nice condominium at Pasir Ris, near the sea and park. Very close to Overseas school, mostly catering to expatriate children. It is serviced by 3 buses. If to enter by the main entrance, it is a walk of 10 minutes from the bus stop. Residents can use a shortcut to reach the small gate with access card, which is less walk. Ellaias Mall, food court is one stop away, but can walk also. The condo is well maintained, with plenty of greenery and garden. Most of the high floor units have a view of the sea. The sea and park are within walking distance. The condo has vending machines dispensing drinks (including good quality coffee) snacks, eatables. One can also have a taste of old time traditional ice cream with biscuits/bread! A vendor visits every evening for about an hour+ with the delicious treat! The surrounding area and road becomes very quiet as the day passes, with not much movement. Overall, a nice place."
