According to the Master Plan 2019, Orchard and Downtown will be rejuvenated as a lifestyle hub to include more mixed developments which offer live, work and play opportunities. New housing will be constructed in the Marina South Area with community facilities and amenities. Stage-6 of the Circle Line opening by 2025 will also enhance the Central Region's connectivity.

"This well-situated apartment complex offers a prime location despite its very compact footprint. While the unit layouts are generally poor and may feel a bit dated and the amenities are limited, the convenience of the area is a major draw. However, it's important to note that many residents here work night shifts, so excessive noise during daytime hours is discouraged to allow them to rest peacefully. The units are limited by the efficient use of space. Overall, this complex is a solid option for those seeking a convenient address and willing to overlook dated aspects in exchange for an lower and more affordable price point in a desirable neighborhood."

"Been living here for the last three years. Recommend if you want a condo with very convenient access to transport, dining, parks (Fort Canning). Right balance of privacy and community - each unit has a private access and neighbours are friendly."

"It's a conveniently located condominium that's for sure, but it is also a little dated on the outside. Making some quick rounds while visiting a friend, saw the facade of the development, and ended up at the pick up point near the guard house. There are some units that are now kept for co-living, which tells you the value of the development actually. But haven't seen the interiors myself so can't fully judge."

"Thoroughly enjoyed residing at Urbana. Facilities consists of tennis court, BBQ area, childrens playground, adult pool, kids pool and underground car parking. Neighbours are friendly and security guards are professional yet approachable. The location is absolutely brilliant and is within walking distance to many amenities such as restaurants, medical, supermarkets and Orchard area (Somerset MRT) and Clarke Quay area (Fort Canning MRT). We lived on a lower floor facing the intersection although traffic can be heard at times, we didnt feel it was uncomfortable or disrupting. Floor plan is also nicely developed and all apartments have their own private lift access. I highly recommend this condominium complex if youre into convenient city living without too much hustle and bustle."

"Great location but Noisy at night. Excellent pool and floor plan. The place has elevator issues... I was trapped in the elevator once for 30 minutes!!"
