Other major economic activity includes manufacturing, with industrial estates in Bedok, Changi, Pasir Ris, Tampines and Paya Lebar. Changi Business Park also hosts a number of MNCs such as Standard Chartered and IBM. Going forward, the government has plans to create more semi-conductor and aviation-related jobs at Tampines North, Pasir Ris and Changi. Aside from the bustling economic activity, residents benefit from a wide variety of green and play spaces in the region. Residents will also enjoy increased connectivity to other parts of Singapore with the upcoming Cross Island Line and Thomson-East Coast Line.

"Went there last week. Nice resort feel condominium. There were 2 swimming and nice gym. Security was indeed strict but they are just doing their job. Looking forward to my stay on this condo."

"1. Inflexible Security - Bijaya and Jeff There was once where my wife and I got to drive my family car for the day on a Friday and we decided to park 1 day overnight in our carpark. The security called at 12 midnight and asked us to shift our car outside of the condo. We explained to them our circumstances and that it is just for a night but they insist that we shift or we talk to the management. When we asked to talk to the management which they says they are only on weekdays from 9am. So we had no choice but to shift our car to a nearby hdb carpark at 1am. Note: the carpark is usually about 25% - 40% occupied. 2. Poor maintenance of common facilities It is common to see missing floor tiles on the floor and cordon cones around the condo. Maybe thetly were trying to fix it all at one go but it has been 6 months since I moved in and not one was fixed yet. 3. Management office hours Their management office opens on weekdays office hours. So doing admin work is really a hassle u less you take leave. They do not have a contingency plan or give any authority to the security for own judgement so everything that happens over the weekends, we can only wait until Monday 9am earliest."

"Nice and convenient place to stay. 3 Mins walk to Tanah Merah MRT and Bus stop. 2 stop to Changi Airport, Tampines Mall and 1 stop to Bedok Mall. 10 to 15 mins walk to Giant, NTUC Fairprice, Market 85(Fengshan), market 58, MarketPlace. Good and well maintained facilities. 2 swimming pool, BBQ pit, Sauna and Jacuzzi, Tennis court etc.etc..efficient Mgmt. Pizza and convenient shop within the condo. Safe and not noisy"

"Wheel got clamped here! Security guard did not issue a condo parking slip paper when going in around 8.55pm/9pm , and then later our wheel got clamped because of that, even though we parked at the visitor car park. We did not even know that we needed a visitor slip because they did not issue it to us, and just let us in even though we told them that we are visiting our friends here. In the end we had to pay a fee of $267 even called the police couldnt do anything about it because it was private property under the law. We emailed in our car dash cam clips showing the security letting us in. Another couple whom we dont know was also there disputing their vehicle being wrongfully clamped! Have been dealing with condo management for three weeks already and this has not been resolved yet. Beware of parking here!"

"Love the location which is right next to Tanah Merah MRT. Walkway is sheltered all the way which is a major plus when it rains. My experience staying here has been great. Having a loft bedroom frees up space for a dedicated office space which is so so important considering that I'm working from home most of the time because of the pandemic."
