There is also plenty of greenery in the region, linked by 19km of park connectors. According to the Master Plan 2019, Orchard and Downtown will be rejuvenated as a lifestyle hub to include more mixed developments which offer live, work and play opportunities. New housing will be constructed in the Marina South Area with community facilities and amenities. Stage-6 of the Circle Line opening by 2025 will also enhance the Central Region's connectivity.

"Small to medium sized development sitting on a massive plot of land of around 540,000 square feet. Only 2 sizes- 1313sf 2 bedroom, and 2023sf 4 bedroom, plus town houses. This development has gone through 4 separate enbloc attempts. The new MRT station almost at door step, plus Thomson Plaza has recently seen a revamp. Very convenient and central location, though the facilities and building look a little tired."
