Buyers and tenants are attracted to District 5, which spans across the Buona Vista, Clementi, Dover, Pasir Panjang and West Coast neighbourhoods. It is a popular choice for home buyers due to its relative proximity to the Core Central Region. With a variety of amenities such as restaurants, bars and shops, parks, gyms and business properties in the area, District 5 is perfect for residents looking for a lively location with both work and play spaces. District 5 has a good mix of property in terms of affordability, ranging from HDB flats to luxury condominiums to landed properties. District 5 also has a number of commercial and industrial properties around Clementi MRT, at Star Vista and One North. The district is also well connected by MRT stations such as Clementi, Dover, Buona Vista, One-North, Kent Ridge, Haw Par Villa and Pasir Panjang MRT stations along the East-West and Circle lines. District 5 is also particularly car-friendly. Residents with cars are well served by the Ayer Rajah Expressway and the West Coast Highway.

As a major financial and business hub, the Central Region stands as the dynamic city centre of Singapore. Spanning 13,150ha in land area, the region hosts Singapore's only UNESCO World Heritage Site and is home to many of the country's national monuments, such as the Merlion Park and Statue of Raffles. Although the region is designated mainly for commercial activities, it houses residential developments ranging from HDBs to bungalows. There is also plenty of greenery in the region, linked by 19km of park connectors. According to the Master Plan 2019, Orchard and Downtown will be rejuvenated as a lifestyle hub to include more mixed developments which offer live, work and play opportunities. New housing will be constructed in the Marina South Area with community facilities and amenities. Stage-6 of the Circle Line opening by 2025 will also enhance the Central Region's connectivity.

"Beware this car park if you drive. The entrance is tiny and hidden away. The directions inside are weird and unusual and there are numerous pillars and blind corners. The sign leading into the entrance is not obvious enough. The exit has a huge bump just after you turn right. Your view of the road, other cars and pedestrians will be blocked by the huge pillars on each side. The design on the ground simply makes one confused. Its also weird when you exit right and as soon as you do, encounter an extremely sharp bump. You wont have time to align your wheels to go over the hump properly. Although the car park is large and spacious there are extremely low kerbs in many areas of the car park. These are not very noticeable unless you take special note of them. It makes me feel almost claustrophobic which is weird. Very rare for me. What this means is it protects the walls and pillars of the car park because youll kerb your rims before you get too close the walls and pillars. No doubt a security and cost-saving measure for better aesthetics, but not great for they are really low almost not visible to the driver and if youre new to the car park. Or if you have costly rims. Be warned that there are numerous such invisible kerbs littered throughout the car park protecting the pillars and walls once you enter at the entrance."
