"Great place to stay. MRT and all other essential amenities within the poiz centre. Nice mini wet market and 2 established coffee shops within 100 metres radius and not forgetting fast food such as KFC, MacDonald and subway."

"other than the mrt convenience, it has been a bad living experience. the escalator is always broken/ unusable when it rains, doors are too heavy, walls are not soundproof at all, and the quality of the walls and cabinets etc are just terrible. neighbours are noisy and there is always some renovation happening, and without the soundproof it is extremely loud"

"Wall and ceiling are too thin , easy to hear the noise from your neighbor. You can hear all the footsteps of your neighbor while they walk. Very annoying! Management didnt do anything that you have to resolve it with your neighbor."
