"The Orient is a great new condo. It has less than 50 units and only 5 floors. It is located is a nice quiet area with direct access to bus stop right infront of the building and Haw Paw Villa station is 2 min walk, super convenient. Also about 20 min by bus to vivo city. 2 bedrooms plus two bath is around 700 sqft, price range 2500-3000, very affordable. Not too many food options around but grocery and food delivery makes it up for it."
