"Quite spacious condominiums, 2 to 3 bedded. Quite cozy throughout the night. A bit hot in the day. Quite old property. Quite a distance to the Lentor MRT (Brown line), more accessible towards Ang Mo Kio (feeder bus), Yishun, Punggol.."

"A beautiful condo. Large development but not intimidating like some others. Pretty landscaping. Nice pool and clubhouse design. Peaceful and quiet, especially in the evenings. Some units have a balcony facing Yio Chu Kang Road, which is breezy and has quite lush greenery. Lovely to have your meals or entertain guests. There is an MRT station across the road under construction - should be ready by 2020."
