"I've been woken up many times by construction in the morning. Extremely inconsiderate. Why allow people to move in if the building isn't completed, that construction has to be done almost everyday Moreover, a security guard scolded me and even demanded me to pay extra for leaving the function room at 11, when I booked it till 11. Management needs to relay correct information. Terrible communication between staff."
