"Moved out after 3 weeks and terminated my contract. Facilities are dirty. Construction is extremely noisy. Dust flying everywhere. Good luck getting a nap in during Weekday + Saturday, there are constant banging and drilling. When you don't have a choice, make sure there hasn't been a leakage from upstairs."

"Love it. Facilities great including tennis court etc...quiet if high floor, private, love walking out the heritage houses and great eateries nearby. I bicycle...can easily join up to the green corridor or east coast PCN through marina bay. Super cool for weekends"

"Theres a huge construction next door and its quite noisy 8am-8pm (including Saturdays). Please dont deal with the agent name Serena Koh (unit 10-07) as she schedules house viewings during non construction hours to hide this info and does all she can do to maximize profit at the end of tenancy (charging for cabinet and marble replacement for cabinets not closing softly and unnoticeable water stains on the floor)"
