"This project is about 20 years old. However, the place and facilities are generally well maintained. Perhaps the facade needs a new coat of paint, but otherwise everything is pretty slick and span and functions well. Best thing about this place is the location - just a short walk to the MRT station, to the supermarket and to the eateries around the corner. Monthly maintenance is on the high side but thats mainly due to the fact that there are only 49 units in the condominium. "
