"The location is perfect given it is located in the serene corner of Robertson Quay and yet offer quick and easy access to the bustling lifestyle area for restaurants, bars and cafes. Very easy to catch up with friends! Also situated between Orchard Road via Killiney, Clarke Quay via Robertson Quay, Great World City via the River walk, it offers pleasant walking routes to amenities. There is also access to Tiong Bahru Markets and Chin Swee/People's Park food outlets just 2 bus stops away. For runners/joggers, a short distance away is Fort Canning, and there are good routes along the river to Marina Bay for a longer run. Convenience of transport will be greatly enhanced when the new MRT station Great World is ready."

"Nice and quiet spot in Robertson Quay. Units are space efficient. Lifestyle area with nice restaurants and bars just a stone's throw away. For runners, there are good jogging routes by the river. Amenities are not far off. Location is convenient in going to Great World, Raffles Place, Chinatown, Orchard, Clarke Quay, Fort Canning and also access to expressways is straightforward for drivers Public transport issue will be resolved once the new Great World MRT is up."

"It's low rise mainly because of government ruling that the condominiums in Robertson Quay have to be 10 floors max. However, it's nice and cosy, and generally well maintained. Near amenities and upcoming Thomson East Coast Line. Also next to Singapore River, so lots of food options!"

"Unit 07-03 Neighbourhood - Lovely, friendly neighbours & security guard Location- many cafes (kith is my favourite), restaurants nearby. 5 min walk to bus stop (Opp Hotel Miramar), 15 min walk by the river to fort canning mrt (blue line). Dog friendly Inside the Unit- Under maintenance- do NOT take hot bath in the master room bathtub as the ceiling wall isn't anti-moulding paint so likely you will get MOUDLY ceiling but short cold shower should be okay, "Dangerous warning" on the aged wardrobe sliding door for all 3 rooms do not hold properly, derailed a few time even LL supposedly got it fixed but it's just in general the design and old unless you do not use them, WARM air conditioning units as compressor is too old (feels like 28C when set at 16C very high energy/ electricity consumption aka expensive utilities bill) and fairly noisy, aged curtain in master room and living room, floor with scratches everywhere. Positive note: if you walk outside of the planter you can see the pool, get a bit of warm sun (but an issue if the aircon is old and not cooling) LL agent- (ZERO manner) -when you smile, be friendly and asked how are you, he kept a strict face, ignore and do not reply, (SLOW response) when having any issue with during the tenant period around 2-6 weeks turnaround time and his handyman normally is late on average 2-4hours, (Ignorant) refused to fix the air conditioning units even with AC engineer recommendation to change since previous tenant in 2017 and recently mine in 2020/21, (DELAY payment) delay in returning deposit yet it stated in TA within 14 days Handover experience- Do not expect a short one, he spent 1 hours to locate every little flaw, from ring rubber inside the shower head to whether the kitchen sink has the same filter, to items not listed on the inventory list, to scratches on floor that originally there, to the wardrobe door that is not opening smoothly which is an pre-existing issue, to any scratch to fridge door guard/ tray, to hood bulb .. expect a "picking bones out of eggs". Next, he provided a quotation that is about 2.5 times more expensive than market price to be deducted from the deposit - hoping the tenant will pay (as most expats are not familiar with SG), if any dispute, generally slow and delay in response and of course delay in returning the deposit and not using FAST so an extra 2-3 business days delay Overall, great neighbourhood, location but the unit is old and LL agent is not a pleasant experience"
