"Penrose is located in the Aljunied area of the 14th postal district, which belongs to the fringe area of the center of Singapore, along the Shen's Passage. A development project jointly created by well-known developers Hong Leong Group and City Development Group (CDL). Aljunied is one of Singapore's most historic districts. In the ever-changing metropolis development of Singapore, it has always had a distinctive old-time style. Penrose is about 400 meters away from Aljunied MRT Station, about a 5-minute walk away. The unit types range from one-bedroom to four-bedroom, with a total of 566 units. The community facilities are very complete, such as a gym, clubhouse, swimming pool, tennis court, etc., as well as a nursery.
