Other major economic activity includes manufacturing, with industrial estates in Bedok, Changi, Pasir Ris, Tampines and Paya Lebar. Changi Business Park also hosts a number of MNCs such as Standard Chartered and IBM. Going forward, the government has plans to create more semi-conductor and aviation-related jobs at Tampines North, Pasir Ris and Changi. Aside from the bustling economic activity, residents benefit from a wide variety of green and play spaces in the region. Residents will also enjoy increased connectivity to other parts of Singapore with the upcoming Cross Island Line and Thomson-East Coast Line.

"The Condo is not bad; however, if you are a muslim, you might consider not to rent here as I have seen all the ceremonies here in that condo (Diwali fest- Chines new year- Christmas and Muslims Hari Raia) in all of these festivals you will see the condo put some decoration for them except for the muslims Hari Raia which I did not like and even my children did not feel the Hari Raia Ceremony with respect to this codo"

"Optima @ Tanah Merah. Likewise the name "Optima", the most favorable situation or level for growth, reproduction, or success. One of a very beautiful condominium which doorstep to MRT station and next to an upcoming mixed development with retail mall. Nice pool and pool deck, a clubhouse with equipped gymnasium and tennis court on the roof terrace. Optima is a good place to stay and also a tenant sought after project for your choice list of your investment portfolio."
