"Development by MCL. Layouts are squarish so no dead space in your condo. Functional layouts and ample storage space. Two pools, a gym and common kitchen / BBQ area. Arrival lobby is convenient for pick up and drop off. Thanks to the low rise churches and school adjacent to the condo, all units enjoy unblocked views. Units are quite breezy as well. Nearby is a big Sheng Siong market. Wet markets and hawker centers also at walking distance. Two MRT stations at walking distance (600m) and bus stop right in front. Queenstown library is also just down the road. Also close to North London Collegiate School and Tanglin Trust School if you are interested in sending your children to international schools."
