"Small boutique development conveniently located 3 mins from Tan Kah Kee MRT. Viewed a 3 Bedroom 900+ sqft unit a couple of years ago that had the more than 10 groups of viewers. Its biggest selling point The 1km radius to Nanyang Primary. Duchess Manor shares a border with Hwa Chong and has a small pool, (un)functional function room and a BBQ pit. Carpark's condition was not perfect so needs sprucing up soon."
