"With Verdale and Forett hitting $1.9k and $2.4k psf, this seem like a value buy with its slightly better location. Good long term prospect with transformation and Teng Ah upgraders in long term future, only downside is the 600m walk to MRT which is slightly far out."

"Daintree Residence is a new development that will ready for occupation in 2022. Can't wait to see the development when it ready. It is just a 7-8 min stroll from the beauty world mrt ext at the Bukit Timah Market. It has 2 pools, a tennis court, BBQ pavilions and lush landscaping. Pei Hwa Presbyterian Primary School is also within walking distance."
