"Visited a client at this condo which faces the mrt station. Conveniently located and walking distance of 5 mins to Redhill mrt. The design of the unit has a sliding partition which you cannot see the bedroom. Living hall is very spacious. However the kitchen layout is small and not ideal. Not sure if it is a standard layout in all units or not or it has been renovated. It is a 3 bedroom unit and the baby room is very small. Didnt see the other 2 bedrooms. Laundry area is also small."

"Great condo! But the management office is not up the the same standard. Very rude, un flexible, asking to renew deposits just for the fun of it. Very very disappointing."

"One of the worst building management I ever met in Singapore: not flexible, not friendly, not helpful. The rules in the building are created to make all people worse, delivery is organized so badly (limited hours, limited access to the floor with lift, limited height of vans allowed etc) that it makes moving a nightmare. Even a simple delivery makes a problem as security does not want to allow anyone in if the addressee is not at home, and no deliveries after office hours! Utter stupidity is a key principle of management of this building. Avoid staying at this building at any cost, otherwise you will regret it all time until you get a chance to move out."
